I found Smitty's tree care to be above and beyond a quality and honest company. I appreciated that Scott, the owner, worked alongside the crew...didn't drop off crew and leave. Crew was excellent. Very professional in their safety when trimming branches of my 40 year old trees! THey also took out 3 trees for me and communicated with each other on each limb. They carefully guided with strings etc. where the limbs would fall. None of my bushes were destroyed by their work. I wish I had taken before and after pictures because the way my trees were pruned made them look very symmetrical. Instead of a clear cut look, the trees looks as if they had just normally grown that way. I will be pleased to use this company again. You will not make a mistake trusting them with your tree care. They were not the least expensive company but the finished job was well worth the cost. I have nothing negative to say. The crew performed wonderfully and cleaned up every little piece of stray branches etc. They left my yard looking better than when they started.

This has been our second excellent experience with Smitty's Tree Service. We unexpectedly had a tree break in two in the middle of the night. We called first thing the next morning and Scott and his crew were out later that same day to remove the remainder of that unsafe tree. They also did work for us trimming trees over hanging the roofline and removing some old, overgrown crepe myrtles. Both experiences were exceptional. Scott and his crew are knowledge, prompt, and professional. There has never been a mess left and his prices more that reasonable. We had many tree services come out and give us quotes and Scott and his team were the best option hands down. They even did some work for our neighbors while they were here. We will be calling them in the future for any other tree work we need.

We had a great experience working with Smitty's Tree Care from start to finish. Scott, the owner, has a great demeanor, takes a no pressure approach to his estimates, and is serious about providing great customer service. We received estimates that were both higher and lower in price; however, you can never compare the finished product.
That said, Scott worked directly with his crew and did a fantastic job addressing some old trees, roots, and stumps, as well as scraping off a ton of ivy. Their attention to detail was the most impressive aspect of the work - there were not short cuts taken or huge pieces of equipment needed.
I would definitely use Smitty's Tree Care again and also highly recommend them to others!

Scott and his crew removed a large tree from our backyard this week and everything went just as he said it would. They were careful not to damage the surrounding landscape or retaining wall. My favorite part is the pride they take in being efficient, working hard and leaving no mess behind. Love the fact that Scott was onsite throughout the process as well. Great job!!

Scott and his crew removed one large tree from my backyard and limbed several others. Everything was done very timely and professionally, from the initial estimate visit to cleanup of the yard following the tree removal. One fear I had was that the yard would be torn up after the job, but the grass in the backyard had minimal evidence that anyone had hauled a tree out of there - they hand carried out all the logs. I'd absolutely call Scott again for tree work.

We had a dozen or so 40-foot Leyland Cyprus trees that needed to be taken down in our backyard. Scott and crew came highly recommended from our neighbors and was out promptly to give us an estimate and timeframe to complete the job. These guys did not disappoint, competitive pricing, professional attitude and fantastic job taking care of our property from first limb cut to final cleanup.
